How to Refer

1

Direct Contact

Referrers may contact the practice directly by phone or email to discuss suitability, availability, or specific clinical considerations prior to referral.

2

Send Referral Details

Referrals can be sent via email and should include presenting concerns, relevant history, risk considerations, and any supporting documentation (e.g. consult notes, previous reports, DVA referral/Veteran Card details or claim/case manager details for Workers Compensation).

3

Confirmation & Follow-up

Upon receiving a referral, the practice will contact the client directly to arrange an initial appointment. Referring clinicians and, where relevant, insurers or rehabilitation providers will receive confirmation of engagement and updates consistent with ethical and regulatory requirements.
