TEAM

Ryan completed his Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Newcastle in 2012. He is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and has over a decade of experience working in mental health.

Ryan has extensive experience working within Workers Compensation both as a clinician and a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant. Ryan has experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and varying roles such as NSW Police, NSW Ambulance, NSW Fire and Rescue, DVA, Department of Education and many more.

With experience in various mental health settings, Ryan is well-versed in addressing a range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. He is particularly skilled in cognitive-behavioral therapy,  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and resilience training, tailoring his approach to suit the individual needs of his clients.

Ryan's ultimate goal is to empower individuals to achieve mental wellness and improved quality of life. He is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards meaningful change. Whether working with individuals or groups, Ryan is dedicated to helping his clients find balance, healing, and personal growth.
